Event disciplines
There is a myriad of sports and games that you can play with a disc. For your event, we can tailor the combination of disciplines to suit your event. Below you will find a presentation of the different disciplines along with an assessment of three elements:
Intensity

Intensity described by 1 to 3 drops of sweat | Minimum or maxmium number of participants | Required time for the activity |

High intensity | Minimum 8 participants | At least 45 minutter, incl warm ups |
Ultimate is a team sport where two teams compete to catch the disc in the opposing team's endzone. When a player has the disc, he or she can't run with it, but must pass it to a teammate elsewhere on the field.
If the disc hits the ground or if an opponent blocks or catches it, the disc possession changes to the other team. You can see an ultimate course below.
For your event, we will go through the basics of throwing and cathcing the disc before you play a match. We recommend that you play 5 against 5, and for larger groups we can make a tournament where a winner is foudn in the end. We are happy to bring discs and cones for the event.
Disc Golf

Low intensity | No minimum | 10-20 minuttes per hole |
Disc golf has many similarities to regular golf, but is played with disc golf discs instead of balls and golf clubs. You start by throwing from a tee spot and the hole ends when the disc is in the disc golf basket which is pictured below.
For your event, we will go through the basic throwing techniques before you start. We are happy to bring discs and can also bring a few baskets if you want to play disc golf somewhere other than on an established course. If you want to hold a major event on one of the Danish disc golf courses, we recommend that it is agreed with the associated disc golf club. We are happy to help you get in touch with the local club.
Trick shots and games

Low to medium intensity | No minimum | At least 30 minutes |
We teach trick shots with a disc and after the event you will have tried to throw the disc both horizontally and vertically, flat and upside down. If you want to have show off on the beach or just have fun, this activity is just right for you.
If you want a tailor-made event with trick shots and games or games of low to medium intensity, we will make it for you.
Double Disc Court (DDC)

Medium intensity | 4 players per field | 15-20 minuttes per round |
In DDC, two teams of two people play against each other with two discs. The goal is to getting the opposing team to be in possession of both discs at the same time or to throw a disc so that it lands inside the opponent's area. Each team has an area marked on the ground and neither players nor discs may be outside the area. The course is pictured below
Each team starts with a disc. At the beginning of each point they throw it to the opposing team. The opposing team must grab the disc and throw it back, without ever being in possession of both discs. If you throw a disc that lands on the ground inside the opponent's area, you get a point. If during the point you get the two opponents to be in possession of both discs you get two points. In the same way, the opponent gets a point if you throw a disc that lands outside the opponent's area.
For your event, we are happy to make discs available and make a tournament if you are a larger group of people.
