About our shipping

Once you have ordered from us, you want your things fast. Here is how we ship your orders, and what to do if something does not go as expected.

We ship every weekday

On weekdays we work to get every order on its way, and only in rare cases do we also ship at the weekend. Orders always come first, so your things can arrive as early as possible.

Like any company, we have days during the year with a lot of orders, and days when someone is ill. There have been very few of them, but on a day like that it can take a little longer before your parcel is sent.

Track your parcel

Every parcel is sent with a tracking number, which you get by email. If nothing has arrived after a while, check your spam folder first. If it is not there either, contact us. Most often the cause is a wrong email address entered at checkout.
