New prototype midrange developed with Paige Pierce
The Prototype Paige Pierce ESP Joy is a new midrange developed with input from Paige Pierce. The disc is designed to fill a specific slot in her lineup and positions itself between the Fierce putter and the Buzzz midrange from Discraft.
The Joy offers more speed than a putter, but less than a traditional midrange, and is intended for controlled throws at mid-range distances. It holds the angle it is released on and can be used for straight shots, hyzer lines, and anhyzer releases with forward carry.
The prototype comes in ESP plastic and is named after Paige Pierce’s grandmother, Joyce. The mold is created as a versatile midrange for players looking for a disc between a putter and a midrange without stepping up to full power.
