Want a basket at home that can handle all kinds of weather year round and doesn't need to be brought in during winter? The DISCatcher Pro 28 from Innova is built for exactly that. It's used on disc golf courses around the world and is PDGA-approved for tournament play, but it's just as good a choice for the backyard, where it can stay put without you worrying about bringing it in after use.

The basket is fitted with 28 chains spread across three layers: 14 outer, 7 middle, and 7 inner. The three layers work together to slow down and catch discs, generally giving a better catch than baskets with fewer chains. The basket comes either with a galvanized base for freestanding setup or for permanent mounting via an installation tube. The installation tube is used for setting in concrete or mounting on a ground auger. Ground auger not included.

All components are galvanized or powder coated with industrial corrosion protection. The chain frame is hot-rolled and electro-galvanized, the basket is hot-dip galvanized, and all fittings are stainless steel. That makes the DISCatcher Pro 28 an investment that lasts.

Choose the right installation type!

Innova's DISCatcher Pro28 consists of the basket itself, and you'll need to choose a base to go with it. There are two types:

• Portable Base: A round metal base that the basket stands in. The base sits on top of the ground, making the basket portable and easy to move.
• Permanent Installation Tube: A metal tube, also known as a mounting tube or foundation tube. The tube is used either to set the basket in a small concrete foundation or to mount it on a ground auger.

This basket ships from a remote warehouse and is always delivered to a home address, since its weight means it can't be delivered to a parcel shop. Expected delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
