DX Thunderbird

The Thunderbird is an overstable fairway driver that holds up really well in the wind. Anyone can use it, but our recommendation is that beginners wait until they have gained control of more understable fairway drivers and are getting them to turn over too much.

Experienced players use the Thunderbird for throws where they want to be sure of a disc that will not turn, while also avoiding too violent a fade. The disc is also very reliable in flight on both anhyzer and hyzer angles, where you can feel confident about what it will do every time you throw it.
