A very understable distance driver for long turnovers
The Orbital is the most understable driver in MVP's class of wide rimmed distance drivers. It has plenty of turn and can be shaped into many different flight paths, depending on how much power and angle you give it. In Fission plastic it comes in low weights, making it even easier to get up to speed.
Thrown flat on a backhand, the Orbital settles into a long turnover and gives you straight distance without needing full power. For players who are building more arm speed, it is an obvious choice when you are looking for extra distance. With more power behind the throw, it becomes a great tool for hyzer flips, long turnover lines and rollers. It finishes with a mild fade. The low weight makes the disc more sensitive to wind, so it performs best in tailwinds and calm conditions.
With Fission, MVP has made a light disc that does not feel hollow in the hand. The weight is taken out from the inside, where tiny bubbles are spread evenly through the Neutron core without being noticeable. The rim is then molded in a denser GYRO overmold, so the mass sits at the outer edge. The result is an Orbital with a low weight and a firm, confident feel in the grip, built to last round after round.
